Gone but not forgotten

Well as they say nothing is for nothing!

Yes I ventured out for a year and “had a go” at selling real estate. In that time I was invited as a speaker at Migrant Connections Taranaki in New Plymouth to talk about buying property in New Zealand.

On the night I handed out my presentation in booklet form to some twenty migrants and some representatives of Migrant Connections Taranaki and Citizens Advice Bureau who loved it so much that they found it worthy to hand out to future clients.

Reason being I managed to explain in simple English some common terms used in the Sale and Purchase process which is appealing language wise as well as visually.
